  • Identification of one or more business processes suitable for a SOA Pilot project.
  • Implementation plans for integrating existing core business applications into a SOA including time estimates, levels of effort, and formal project plans for the initial phase.
  • Listings of recommended hardware and software for SOA implementations.
  • Knowledge transfer to architects on SOA design and implementation principles.

SOA Architecture Review prerequisites:

  • You intend to implement a SOA.
  • Architects, current application owners and managers are available for discussion and knowledge transfer.
